This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.44 of 2010 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Satyavedu Chittoor District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the case was ended in conviction on 30.05.2016 and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
