CVNR,J & TR,J F.C.A.No.74 of 2017 08.03.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal is filed assailing order and decree, dated 08.11.2016, in F.C.O.P.No.969 of 2012 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Mr.G.Eswar, learned counsel representing Mrs.S.Vani, learned counsel for the appellant, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to his client to file a fresh appeal confining the relief to one of the two reliefs dealt with by the Family Court in the aforementioned F.C.O.P. 3.

The Family Court Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the appellant in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, F.C.A.M.P.No.109 of 2017 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
