Heard Sri T.P.Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri A.Madhava Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 to 4.

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, in similar set of circumstances, this Court, by way of an order, dated 31.01.2018, disposed of W.P.No.2738 of 2018. A copy of the said order is placed on record. Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to process the applications of the petitioners herein and consider granting financial assistance in terms of the scheme subject to the petitioners fulfilling the conditions laid down under the scheme and the Rules of the Bank and subject to availability of funds, as expeditiously as possible.
