When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the suspension orders. In view of the fact that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 2.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
