Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

The petitioner is presently working as Deputy Registrar in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) at Jagityal. He made representation, dated 19.12.2016, and reminder, dated 21.01.2017, requesting for his transfer to Hyderabad on personal grounds. Alleging that the said request is not considered so far, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition. 3.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - University agree for disposal of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Registrar, JNTU, Hyderabad, to consider the representations of the petitioner within a specified time. 4.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Registrar, JNTU, Hyderabad, to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 19.12.2016 and 21.01.2017, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
