THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE Nos. 1161 and 1329 OF 2014 P.C: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) On last two occasions we adjourn these matters on the request of learned counsel appearing for the parties. On 10.04.2015, we adjourn these cases to enable learned counsel for the petitioners to produce a copy of the order passed by the Tribunal, which was impugned in the writ petitions.
Today, learned counsel for the petitioners is not present. Sri K. Rajender, learned counsel, once again seeks adjournment. When we refused, he expressed his inability to argue the cases. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss these contempt cases for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
