When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.11.2019 there was no representation for the revision petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed to today under the caption "for orders". Today also, none appeared and there is no representation for the revision petitioner. It appears that the revision petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
