P.S. Narayanaguda, Hyderabad, to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the Crime No. 17 of 2019 of P.S. Narayanaguda, Hyderabad, on furnishing the sureties as ordered by this Honble Court, in the interests of justice The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof upon hearing the arguments of SRI R NARAYAN REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

The petitioner is A.4 in Crime No.17 of 2019, registered on thefile of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad, under Sections 143, 147,341,452,427 and 506 read with Section 149 lPC. By way of this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, he seeks anticipatory bail.

The allegation made by the de-facto complainant, the Administrative Officer of Narayana Junior College, Girls Campus, Vittalwadi, Hyderabad, is that some ABVP students entered into Narayanaguda college campus demanding that the college students should resort to boycott and indulged in violence by breaking chairs and other equipment. The de-facto complainant stated that amongst the ABVP students, he recognized the petitioner /A.4 and some others. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would inform this Court that A.1 to A.3 in Cr.No.17 of 2019 on the file of Narayanaguda Police Station were arrested and thereafter enlarged on regular bail subject to conditions.

As the petitioner is a student and the other accused have already been enlarged on regular bail, this Court is of the opinion that he may be granted anticipatory bail subject to some conditions. Criminal Petition No.917 of 2019 is accordingly allowed directing that the petitioner / A.4 shall be released on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.17 of 2019 on the file of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad, upon his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Station House Officer, Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad, and subject to the conditions that he will present himself for interrogation as and when required by the police and will not offer any inducement or promise or threat to anyone connected with the case.
