Against the non-disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 5(5) of the Telangana Rights in Land And Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 by the 2nd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Asifabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad District, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the leaned counsel, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in Appeal No.270 of 2019 in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
