THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 14804 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, aggrieved by the proceedings, dated 03.05.2007, of the Superintendent Engineer, Operation Circle, Kadapa, rejecting the application of the petitioner for consideration to the post of Junior Lineman, on the ground that he does not possess the qualifications prescribed in the revised notification. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel representing the respondents informed the Court that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the petitioner acquired the requisite qualifications and in the selection held in the year 2011, he was selected as Junior Lineman and he is presently working in the promotional post of Assistant Lineman.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no further orders are required.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
