THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8331 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-4 to A-6 under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.18 of 2015-16, on the file of Mothugudem Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioners is that they are found in possession of 360 kgs of ganja.

Since the ganja seized from the possession of the petitioners is commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
