HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 67 of 2016 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous as the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for further adjudication. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above representations, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
