THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.35167 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue entries existing in his name with respect to the land, which is the subject matter of the Writ Petition, have been changed by the Tahsildar, Newzendla Mandal, Guntur District, the 4th respondent, without notice to him. Complaining of the same, the petitioner filed an application before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Narsaraopet, Guntur District, the 3rd respondent, on 24.08.2015, and alleging that no action is taken by the 3rd respondent, the present Writ Petition is field. It is evident from the record that the petitioner has not approached the recording authority, the 4th respondent. The application made by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent may have already been forwarded to the 4th respondent for enquiry.

However, the petitioner is also given liberty to make appropriate application before the 4th respondent seeking correction of entries with respect to Ac.7.20 cents of land in Survey No.7/5 of Puvvada Village, Newzendla Mandal, Guntur District, and the 4th respondent shall examine the representation, if it is filed by the petitioner, and take appropriate action in accordance with law, expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
