THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11018 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.324 of 2015 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Kovur, SPSR Nellore District. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law, including filing of petition for discharge.

3 Permission is accorded.

4. In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
