Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare appearing fro respondents 1 and 3; learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.2; and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent No.5. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 5th respondent to give protection to cultivate the land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.4.50 cents in Sy.No.268/1 and 103/2 situated in Nellipudi Village, Gangavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, in pursuance of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 07.08.2015, by restraining the 6th respondent and his henchmen from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land mentioned above.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate to consider the application made by the petitioner before him, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader did not dispute the same. 5.

Without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Rampachodavaram,

CPK,J WP_24756_2017 to deal with the representation, dated 09.02.2016, made by the petitioner seeking protection to cultivate the land to an extent of Ac.4.50 cents in Sy.No.268/1 and 103/2 situated in Nellipudi Village, Gangavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
