There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declaring the issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents more particularly the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking further steps such as conducting further enquiry by taking the accused into the custody in pursuance of Registration of FIR No. 53 of 2012 dated 5.12.2012 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, contrary to the object of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and consequently direct the respondents to take all necessary steps in pursuance of FIR No.

53 of 2012 dated 5.12.2012 on the file of the 3rd respondent." During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that after investigation into the Crime, a charge sheet was laid on 30.09.2013 on the file of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhadrachalam and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.911 of 2013. However, after bifurcation of the State, it is transferred to the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rampachodavaram and renumbered as C.C.N.509 of 2015. After trial, the accused therein were acquitted on 14.05.2018. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in this Writ Petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
