THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.696 of 2019 ORDER :

This Revision is filed seeking a direction to the XV Additional District Judge-cum-Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, Kukatpally to expeditiously dispose of FCOP No.2135 of 2017 pending on the file of the said Court.

The sole ground on which this Revision is filed that the petitioner intends to go abroad in search of job and due to pendency of FCOP, he is unable to plan his future.

This ground cannot be a valid ground to expedite the disposal of FCOP.

Therefore, I see no merit in the Revision and it is accordingly dismissed at the stage of admission. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
