HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3603 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have filed an appeal before the Commissioner of Land Revenue against the order dated 31.08.2016 in D.Dis.No (E5)/1295/2016 passed by the Joint Collector, SPS Nellore District along with stay petition. As no orders are passed in the same, the petitioners filed W.P.No.38431 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 10.11.2016 disposed of the same suspending the order dated 31.08.2016 for a period of six

(06) weeks and petitioners are directed to pursue the application for stay along with appeal before the Commissioner of Land Revenue, A.P. Inspite of the same, no orders are passed either in the stay petition or in the appeal. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 5th respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners against the order dated 31.08.2016 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till such time, status-quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained regarding possession.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
