THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11907 OF 2013 ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in interfering into the civil disputes in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.09 gts in Sy.No.1009/E, at Metpally (Village) Shivaru & Mandal, Karimnagar District among petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 as arbitrary, illegal, capricious, unauthorised, highhanded, without jurisdiction, against the law, null & void."
During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the first respondent never interfered in the civil disputes nor summoned the petitioner to the police station and made him to sit in the station without any cause, as alleged. In the light of the said statement, no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
