Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the case has ended in acquittal and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
