JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal is filed against the order, dated 26.07.2016, in W.P.No.3117 of 2011.

2. After arguing the case, Mr.M.Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ appeal, with liberty to his client to avail appropriate legal remedy for questioning the notice, dated 04.08.2016, of respondent No.1.

3. The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the appellant in terms of the prayer made.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, W.A.M.P.No.1872 of 2016 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
