HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10478 OF 2017 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioners that aggrieved by the order dated in Ref.A/165/2016, dated 11-05-2016 passed by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, the petitioners preferred appeal before the 3rd respondent on 08-06-2016 along with stay petition. But no orders are passed in the appeal and the respondents are trying to evict the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that statutory appeal is pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioners and after considering the objections of the petitioners. Till the disposal of the appeal, there shall be stay of dispossession of the petitioners from the subject property.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 23-03-2017 Nvl
