Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada City, pending enquiry and trial in the interest of justice. These petitions coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sriman, Advocate for the Petitioners in both petitions, and of Public Prosecutor (AP) for Respondent in both the petitions, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

These petitions are filed, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking to enlarge the petitioners, who are accused Nos.2,3 & 7 and 6 respectively, on bail in Crime No.604 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Vijayawada.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that A1 in the present crime was already granted bail, by virtue of the order, dated 19.01.2018, passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.24554 of 2017 and that the petitioners herein also stand on the same footing. The same is not refuted by the Public Prosecutor. 4.

Hence, in terms of the order of this court in Crl.P.No.24554 of 2017, dated 19.01.2018, the Criminal Petitions are allowed and the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on condition of each of them executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.40,000/ - (Rupees forty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, and to appear before the trial Court on the dates given by the concerned Court.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
