This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.203 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Cyberabad, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Section 498-A IPC.

Heard Sri P. Raja Sripathi Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that that the Police have already filed charge sheet and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in Crime No.203 2016 has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
