,..RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring action of the respondents in not paying the monthly remuneration @ Rs.15,600/- as per G.O.tr/s.No.60 Finance (HRM.Vll) Department, dated 11.06.2021 on par with similar situated candidates and not regularizing his services is illegal, arbitrary, unjustified, discriminatory and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of constitution of India and consequently declare that the petitioner herein eligible to get monthly remuneration @ Rs.15,600/- as per G.O.Ms'No' 60 Finance (HRM.Vll) Department, dated 1 1.06.2021 with arrears and also eligible for regularization his services as he is working from 1990 onwards.
