THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.219 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, has informed the Court that in pursuance of the orders dated 04.01.2018 passed by this Court in W.P. No.96 of 2017, the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioners and passed a speaking order on 07.04.2018, and in view of consideration of the case of the petitioners, the orders of this Court have been complied with.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners also has not disputed the same.

3. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the orders, dated 07.04.2018, they are at liberty to challenge the same under appropriate proceedings.

4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
