THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2661 OF 2018 O R D E R :

Petitioners' grievance is that they have given a representation on 23.01.2018 to the 1st respondent for fixation of annual increments sanctioned by the National AIDS Control Organization(NACO) for 2014-15 and 2015-16 financial years and for release of arrears of the same, and that the 1st respondent has not taken any action there on.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the 1st respondent will consider petitioners' representation within a period of six (06) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
