ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 17.10.2014, in Writ Petition No.29304 of 2014.

At the hearing, Smt R.Annapurna, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that instead of filing the Contempt Case in connection with order in Writ Petition No.25763 of 2010, the present Contempt Case is mistakenly filed in connection with order in Writ Petition No.29304 of 2013. She has, therefore,

requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to her client to file a fresh Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
