THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.923 OF 2019 ORDER:

Heard before admission.

There is nothing to interfere with the lower appellate Court's order in Crl.M.P.No.434 of 2018, dated 17.12.2018, in directing to deposit 25% of the fine/compensation amount pending disposal of the appeal to suspend the trial Court's conviction judgement of imprisonment with fine, but for original time of two months granted by its order, for a further period of one month from today. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this case shall stand closed.
