(per the Hon'bte S Justice P.Sam Koshy) Heard Mr. Vadlakonda Ravi Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The order against which the instant Contempt has been filed is one which is executable by initiating execution proceedings. In view of same, we are not inclined to entertain the Contempt Case. 3.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies for recovery of the said amount. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
