THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO Civil Revision Petition No.452 of 2020 ORDER :
It is stated by the counsel for petitioner that E.P.No.325 of 2019 was disposed of by the Court below on 18.02.2020. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition challenging the interim order passed in the said E.P. is not maintainable.

In view of the above and since no relief can be granted in this Civil Revision Petition, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
