When the matter is taken up for hearing, B.Kavita Yadav, representing on behalf of Sri Vedula Venkataramana, submits that the parties are intending to settle the matter out of Court. Sri N.Ranga Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of un-official respondents submits that he has no objection for settlement. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
