This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of respondents in insisting to surrender a stretch of 30.0 m. of land as a condition precedent for processing the petitioner application for construction of Nursing Home over the plot Nos.7, 8 and 145 partly covered by H.No.1-4-27/72/28, situated at Padmashali Colony, Bholakpur, Hyderabad, as being arbitrary, illegal."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the permission was already granted in favour of the petitioners and he does not want to pursue the matter.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed.
