Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.

2. This appeal is filed against the ex parte order of injunction granted by the XIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in I.A.No.19 of 2019 in O.S.No.3 of 2019, on his file.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant stated that counter affidavit has also been filed by the appellants/defendants Nos.17 to 24 before the said Court to vacate the injunction.

4. Therefore, the XIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District is directed to dispose of I.A.No.19 of 2019 in O.S.No.3 of 2019 on his file within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claims of either parties.

5. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of. No costs.

6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
