Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had applied on 16-07-2015 in Form 6-A prescribed under the AP Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 1971 for issuance of pattedar pass books and for effecting mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and that 2nd respondent is not taking any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
