HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7082 OF 2011 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.41 of 2011 on the file of Hussainialam Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 24.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Hussainialam Police Station, Hyderabad City and submitted that after completion of investigation, the crime was referred as 'CIVIL IN NATURE' on 01.10.2013 and the final report was filed before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and therefore, the subject matter of the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.41 of 2011, has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
