THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22562 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner is working as an Academic Consultant in the second respondent University since August, 2009. He completed M.A. Political Science in the year 1992 and passed NET in the year 1993. He is also a Doctorate having obtained the degree in 2008. When he came to know that pay scales attached to the post of Assistant Professors are being paid by Kakatiya University, he submitted a representation on 26.03.2016 to the second respondent and when the said representation was not considered and order was not passed, the present Writ Petition is filed. Since the present Writ Petition is for consideration of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2016 and since the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents expressed no objection, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
