THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.1084 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 challenging the judgment and award, dated 02.06.2010, passed in M.O.P.No.390 of 2008 on the file of the IX Additional District Judge-cum-Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Tribunal (Fast Track Court), Visakhapatnam.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
