THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26882 of 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the order of the 4th respondent passed in L.No.124/2017-19/A2, dated 22.07.2017 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice." When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of Writ Petition No.24498 of 2017 and batch by way of common order, dated 25.07.2017. A copy of the same is also placed on record. Operative portion of the said order reads as under:
"In view of the same, it is open for the petitioners to submit explanation to the show cause notices within a period of one week from today and thereafter, it is open for the respondents to take further action and pass final orders after affording opportunity to the petitioners without being influenced by any of the observations made in this order. Till passing of final orders, the impugned orders shall stand suspended."
Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
AVSS, J W.P.No.26882 of 2017 Office to enclose a copy of the common order, dated 25.07.2017 in Writ Petition No.24498 of 2017 and batch, to this order.
