This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397(1) and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 08.07.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.448 of 2015 in Crime No.216 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to file a similar type of petition after filing of charge sheet. Permission is granted.
