Learned Public Prosecutor filed a letter, dated 16-03-2015 issued by the Village Revenue Officer, Maddigatla Village, Peddamandadi Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, in which it is stated that the petitioner/accused by name P. Janaki Ramulu died on 24-09-2010.
