THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.573 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.373 of 2013 pending on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to be tried along with O.P.No.604 of 2013.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of a similar petition before the appropriate Court. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners as prayed for.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
