Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader.

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not furnishing the valuation certificate for the land in Sy.No.240/3 of Utukur Gram Panchayat Board, Utukur Grama Polam, Rajampet Taluq, Kadapa District, as illegal and further refusing to register the document presented for the said survey number amounts to refusing to exercise jurisdiction vested in the 3rd respondent.

On instructions, the learned Government Pleader submits that a suit in O.S.No.42 of 2006 is pending before the leaned Senior Civil Judge, Rajampet and an order of injunction is in operation. Further, it is stated that the petitioner never approached the 3rd respondent either for issue of valuation certificate or produced a document for registration. The stand of the learned counsel is placed on record. The 3rd respondent firstly will issue market value certificate and secondly entertain the document for registration and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as and when a document is presented for registration.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
