This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioners, who are A4 to A6, in Crime No.338 of 2013 on the file of Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad District. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent. None appears for the 2nd respondent in spite of notice.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed. 4.

Hence, in view of the above, the petitioners can file appropriate petition before the court below seeking for discharge and raise all the contentions before the court below. 5.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is closed. Interim stay granted by this court on 29.11.2013 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
