HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.No.3899 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 20.08.2015, passed in I.A.No.791 of 2015 in O.S.No.668 of 2011 on the file of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit in O.S.No.668 of 2011 itself was dismissed with costs on 13.11.2015, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 08.09.2015.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
