HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.27016 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard Sri Padala Pravin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 not to disburse the retiral benefits to the 4th respondent, who is retired as Sub-Inspector of Police.

3 . The petitioner is stated to be the first wife of the 4th respondent and having two children through the 4th respondent. The apprehension of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent will give all his retirement benefits to the second wife. The jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the considered opinion of this court, cannot be exercised to resolve the disputes relating to the maintenance between two wives of the 4th respondent.

4. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed at the stage of admission as not maintainable. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
