HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:15632 OF 2013 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry against the 4th respondent and to conduct the practical examinations of Department of Hospital Administration afresh by appointing the other professors except respondents Nos.4 and 5.

2. Perused the material available on record.

3. The present writ petition was filed in the year 2013. No interim was passed by this Court earlier. Further, three academic years were already over. Therefore, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
