I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.iii of the order dated 14.02.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.1524 of 2025 which reads as under:

" The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. He further submitted that the crime is of the year 2024, and charge sheet is also filed. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.1524 of dated 14.02.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
