In view of the endorsement dated 17.02.2016, I am not inclined to examine whether there is any disobedience of order dated 22.09.2014 in W.P. No.23950 of 2009.

It is needless to observe that endorsement is issued in terms of the order of this Court and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the endorsement, the petitioner is free to work out remedy within the four corners of law. C.C. is closed. No order as to costs.
