HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29534 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the notice dated 13.07.2017 asking the petitioner and another to remove the temporary sheds erected on the Gramakantam land.

Since the notice directs the petitioner to remove the temporary sheds, the present notice shall be treated as show cause notice and the petitioner is given seven days time to submit an explanation to the said show cause notice. After considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner, it is open to the fifth respondent to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Till such time, no action for eviction of the petitioner shall be taken.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
